Ancak genel anlamda bilgi almak isteyenler okumaya devam edebilir. G\u00fcncel yeni yaz\u0131 taraf\u0131mca hen\u00fcz yay\u0131mlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/div>\n<div role=\"alert\" class=\"geoit-alert geo-alert-style-2 geo-alert-color-warning\"><em>\u00d6zel hastanelerde veya farkl\u0131 alanlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar (i\u015f yeri hem\u015firesi gibi) i\u00e7in maa\u015f \u00f6demelerinin nas\u0131l oldu\u011funu bilmedi\u011fimden, kendi ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m maa\u015f sistemi \u00fczerinden durumu a\u00e7\u0131klamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Eksik g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz hususlar olursa yorum yaparak bilgi verirseniz sevinirim.<\/em><\/div>\n<p>Biz hem\u015firelere malesef bir\u00e7ok kalemde \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bizler, belirli n\u00f6bet ve mesai \u015feklinde bir kurumda d\u00fczenli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ancak \u00fccretler d\u00fczensiz ve par\u00e7a par\u00e7a hesaplar\u0131m\u0131za yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fin en k\u00f6t\u00fcs\u00fc de, devletin ve kurumun \u00f6dedi\u011fi farkl\u0131 \u00fccretlerden sadece devletin \u00f6dedi\u011fi ham maa\u015f emeklili\u011fimize yans\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu adaletsizli\u011fin ortadan kalkmas\u0131, biz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n hakk\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ele\u015ftiri ile giri\u015f yapm\u0131\u015f oldum. \u015eimdi gelelim maa\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerine:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"border-color: #000000\" class=\"geoit-sc2-headline\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Ham_maas\"><\/span>1) Ham maa\u015f:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda buna biz ham maa\u015f desek de devletin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde as\u0131l maa\u015f\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Bu maa\u015f i\u00e7erisinde evli olanlar i\u00e7in aile yard\u0131m\u0131, farkl\u0131 sebeplerle edinilen tazminatlar, emeklilik kesintileri, gelir vergileri dahildir.<\/p>\n<p>Sadece bu \u00f6deme emeklili\u011fe yans\u0131t\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"border-color: #000000\" class=\"geoit-sc2-headline\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Sabit_maas\"><\/span>2) Sabit maa\u015f:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Banka hesab\u0131m\u0131za, \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kurum taraf\u0131ndan <strong>SAB\u0130T EK \u00d6DEMES\u0130<\/strong> \u015feklinde bir ibare ile yat\u0131r\u0131lan bir \u00f6demedir. Tavan tutardan damga vergisi ve gelir vergisi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclerek hesab\u0131m\u0131za yans\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ham ve sabit maa\u015f \u00fccretleri biz hem\u015firelerin banka hesaplar\u0131na her ay\u0131n 15. g\u00fcn\u00fcnde yat\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"border-color: #000000\" class=\"geoit-sc2-headline\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Doner_sermaye_odemesi\"><\/span>3) D\u00f6ner sermaye \u00f6demesi:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bizzat \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kurumun, ayl\u0131k k\u00e2r\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda belli oranlarda b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6demedir. Baz\u0131 kurumlar malesef bu \u00f6demeyi yapmamaktad\u0131rlar.\u00a0 Bu \u00f6demeyi alanlar kendini \u015fansl\u0131 saymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00f6demede gelir ve damga vergisi al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra hesab\u0131m\u0131za yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Ba\u015fka kesintiler ve ek \u00f6demeler bordroda g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00f6deme banka hesab\u0131m\u0131za genellikle <strong>PERFORMANS EK \u00d6DEMES\u0130<\/strong> ibaresiyle yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"border-color: #000000\" class=\"geoit-sc2-headline\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Nobet_ucreti\"><\/span>4) N\u00f6bet \u00fccreti:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Biz hem\u015fireler i\u00e7in fazla mesai ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz\u0131d\u0131r. 24 saat kesintisiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hastanede \u00e7o\u011fumuz fazla mesai yap\u0131yoruz. Bunun \u00fccretini ise ayr\u0131 kalemde al\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00f6bet \u00fccreti banka hesab\u0131m\u0131za genellikle <strong>N\u00d6BET \u00d6DEMES\u0130<\/strong> ibaresiyle, yine \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kurum taraf\u0131ndan yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"border-color: #000000\" class=\"geoit-sc2-headline\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Diger_ucretler\"><\/span>5) Di\u011fer \u00fccretler:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Farkl\u0131 birimlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 farkl\u0131 isimlerle hesab\u0131m\u0131za ayr\u0131 olarak yans\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r. Eksik yat\u0131r\u0131lan \u00fccretin (n\u00f6bet, d\u00f6ner vs.), kurum taraf\u0131ndan daha sonra hesab\u0131m\u0131za yat\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 da bu k\u0131s\u0131mdan say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00f6demede hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde kesinti yap\u0131lmaz (gelir ve damga vergisi dahil). Saatlik n\u00f6bet \u00fccretimiz neyse onu al\u0131r\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6ner, n\u00f6bet ve di\u011fer \u00fccretler \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kurum taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6dendi\u011fi i\u00e7in, s\u00fcrekli olarak bir ay ge\u00e7 \u00f6denir ve \u00f6denme g\u00fcn\u00fc ham ve sabit maa\u015f gibi belli de\u011fildir (sabit \u00f6deme bundan farkl\u0131d\u0131r, kurum taraf\u0131ndan ay\u0131n 15&#8217;inde \u00f6denir). Ay\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndaki g\u00fcnlerde \u00f6denece\u011fi gibi sonundaki g\u00fcnlerde de \u00f6denebilmektedir. Bazen, bir sonraki aya bile sarkabilmektedir. Bu durumlar\u0131n takip\u00e7isi olmal\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 zaman\u0131nda almaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131y\u0131z.
